Admissions for BPT, B.Sc., (MLT), B.Sc., Nursing 4YDC and Posts Basic B.Sc., Nursing 2YDC courses for the academic year - 2011-12
Separate application forms for admission into the following courses for the academic year 2011-12 into the colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada are invited from the eligible candidates:
The candidate has to apply separate application form for each course
1. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
2. Bachelor of Science (Medical Laboratory Technology) i.e., B.Sc., (MLT)
3. Bachelor of Science (Nursing) 4 Years Degree (B.Sc., [N] 4Yrs)
4. Post Basic Bachelor of Science (Nursing) 2 Years Degree (B.Sc., [N] 2Yrs) - For Govt. Service and Private Service women candidates only.
Registration Fee: Rs.800/- for OC/BC and Rs.600/- for SC/ST Candidates for each course separately in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences,” payable at Vijayawada.
Submission of filled-in application form:
The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in application form along with the copies of required certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer and the Demand Draft (in original) either by post or in person on or before 08-08-2011 by 5.00 PM to “THE CONVENER, UNDER GRADUATE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE. Dr. NTR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, VIJAYAWADA – 520 008”
The candidate should clearly superscribe on the cover containing application form as Ex: “Application for admission into B.Sc.,(Nursing) 4 YD Course-2011-12”
